Jesus promised to walk with us and gave us everything we need — and this includes the wisdom and strength for parenting and family life. We don’t have to be swept up with the busyness and swirling chaos of kids’ activity schedules… or be subject to all the demands and desires the world puts on our families. And we do not have to follow the culture’s blueprint, which can leave us overwhelmed, overscheduled, and out of touch with God’s purposes for us and our families.

Charting A Course
Life with kids can be so crazy busy! As a result, we often neglect to take a step back to be refreshed and rejuvenated in the Lord to be more effective in leading our families. We fail to take the time to evaluate and make the changes needed to be more strategic and intentional – or even carefully think about where we’re headed.
Charting a Course begins with a couples’ retreat, giving you time, space and tools to get off the treadmill of life’s ever-increasing demands and seek God to establish your family’s mission, vision and values. You and your spouse will receive tools to help you implement a more intentional plan for your family’s well being and effectiveness. Following the retreat is a series of five sessions to dig deeper and build on that foundation. Each couple is also paired with a mentor couple to help provide encouragement, accountability and counsel.
Strategic Families Podcast
If we want to be used by the LORD to accomplish His purposes through our families, we can seize the opportunity to be sharpened by the wisdom of faithful saints who have already run the race of parenting. The Strategic Families podcast is a great way for us to sit at their feet and learn!
Through interviews with these godly men and women, you and your spouse will be:
- encouraged with stories of God’s faithfulness
- challenged to dive into the lifegiving work of discipling your kids and
- empowered to act, making strategic changes to more fully align with God’s life-giving purpose — and change your family’s trajectory.
