As Christian parents, we all know there’s nothing greater we could hope for our children than that they would be committed followers of the Lord Jesus Christ. But the journey of communicating, teaching, modeling and reinforcing this calling can be difficult, and the culture around us offers no help.

Consider the following questions to gauge whether your family is on the track you want it to be. These may not reflect all your values, but this will hopefully be a good start. The more of these questions you can say “YES” to, likely the more equipped your family will be to launch into the world with confidence and commitment to the LORD. For any you have to which you have to answer “no,” consider whether you may need to change your family priorities.
